Curiosity Advertising
Josh spent the first half of 2023 as a copywriting intern for Curiosity Advertising. Under the tutelage of Creative Director Evan Dulaney, Josh learned the ins and outs of advertising in various formats such as blog posts, social copy, video scripts, and out of home activation ideations. Clients included P&G, altafiber, Sunset Produce, Holland America Line, Dude Wipes, NHTSA, Brooks Running, and Cincinnati Insurance.
Josh especially thrived in his work on Curiosity’s social accounts. From writing and starring in Tiktoks, to crafting Onion-style headlines for their April Fool’s post, to writing about writing itself, Josh had no trouble embracing the agency’s MO of having Dot Fun at work.
Another notable social highlight of was helping write Curiosity’s “Midwest Identity, A-List Energy” tagline, which rang in their listing as a 2023 Ad Age A-List Agency.
